The race six report leads in with a comparison to the Race six Mark G rounding by Acrospire III and Mercedes III and the last and deciding 1907 Sayonara Cup defence race. Sayonara passed Rawhiti during a mark rounding that decided the race in favour of Sayonara, the Victorian representative yacht against the 1907 NSW Sayonara Cup challenge.
